Workshops

There are abilities that cannot be developed without practicing them in a group setting – interpersonal communication is undoubtedly one of them. Participating in a workshop with a group is a powerful tool for developing interpersonal communication, while practicing new tools and behaviors in a pleasant and safe environment. Through simulations and open dialogue in the group, managers develop awareness of their automatic responses and learn how to act consciously, with more flexibility, according to the person and the situation they are facing. This requires a bit of a strech, but the sense of satisfaction is great, as is the potential for real change in communication style and management skills.

Hi, I'm Didi.

When I am asked what an organizational consultant actually does, I simply answer that I help people succeed at work—and that’s usually where I leave it. Other times, I explain that I help people strengthen their leadership and develop effective relationships at work. This ability helps people feel fulfilled, motivate others, and also enjoy their work more, just as I enjoy mine.

I am a psychologist and an organizational consultant, working with organizations and managers for over fifteen years.
