I’m happy to recommend Didi Oshrat. Our DiSC project began as a pilot with a group of first-line managers and evolved into a broad strategic initiative. It included assessment, manager involvement, and embedding a shared language to improve internal relationships and communication. We will later apply these tools with our external customers to enhance our effectiveness. The model has helped us remove barriers, improve management and coaching skills, and address various interpersonal communication challenges.
